The Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry is Colorado's main big business lobby and a perennial source of lobbying opposition to union power. Not surprisingly, it's representatives are in Washington D.C. now
lobbying against the Employee Free Choice Act, a bill designed to remove opportunities for businesses to harass workers as the workers consider unionizing.
