Friday Fun.

Want a java buzz this weekend? Try Metropolitan Mudd in Lodo.

Colorado Public Radio film critic Howie Movshovitz, had a rare unabashedly positive review of second week film Wallace and Grommit this morning. It is a kids claymation movie that it truly rated G for even very young children. Ah, British children's programming, this adds to a list that includes "Bob the Builder" and "Thomas the Tank Engine" of superior children's fare coming from Britain. Hollywood does not do everything best. Take your kids, take your grandkids, go see it. I've seen their earlier work and I'm sure that this will be good too. The Denver Post gives it three stars.

The circus is in town at the Denver Coliseum, although I don't know if tickets are still available.

And if all else fails, just go take a walk. The radio was providing forecasts of perfect fall temperatures in the low 70s with no rain this weekend.
